What is the Forex Market

The Forex market is where the currencies that are available through the nation's are traded openly throughout the world. When you get involved in Forex trading you are purchasing currency from one country and using the currency of another country to pay for it. It is the difference in these two currencies that will show how much you end up making in return with your trading.
The currencies that are traded on the Forex market are always done in a duel currency way. If you decide to buy the Australian dollar, you would need to purchase it with another type of currency such as Euro or the American dollar. If you purchased the Australian dollar with an American dollar and then the value of the Australian dollar went up in comparison to the American dollar, you would end up with a profit.
